Strong personal relationships with named staff often drive positive outcomes, with reviewers crediting individual consultants like Beth, Anna, and Chloe for genuine job placements and emotional support. However, scattered reports of delayed responses, dismissive behaviour during emergencies, and serious lapses in neurodiversity advocacy underscore a worrying inconsistency. The gap between best and worst experiences suggests service quality depends heavily on who you're paired with.

VisAbility is trusted by families for ongoing disability support and community programs, with accessible facilities and weekend availability. A recent serious complaint about receptionist conduct toward a vulnerable client stands against otherwise consistent praise for friendly staff and quality rooms, suggesting inconsistency in service culture.
